UNIKAI FOODS PJSC (UNIKAI) is a Public Shareholding Company, incorporated on 11 April 1977 by a Decree from His Highness, The Ruler of Dubai. The Company amended its status to a public shareholding company on 8th June 1994.
As a publicly listed company, Unikai’s aims to provide a sustainable Investor Relations (IR) program which enables the company to keep its investors and the market informed about its activities, developments and events that may influence the share price.
